General Guidelines for Number of Treatments (Based on Usage Only)
Treatment schedules are typically completed within one month prior to testing.
If you are already “clean” (able to pass a urine test), you may complete the treatment process, and the reduction achieved will be permanent.
You do not need to be fully clean to begin treatments. If you are still using, continue treatments up to the day of the test. This is especially important for substances such as cocaine or methamphetamine, as they are highly mobile in sweat and can quickly re-contaminate the hair with continued use.

Application Guidelines
The product should be applied to the first 2 inches of hair only, using a flat comb for proper distribution. Laboratories typically test a maximum of 1.5 inches of hair, regardless of how much hair is collected.
Cutting your hair is not always recommended. Hair that is 1 inch or shorter becomes more difficult to treat properly. For individuals requiring heavier treatment, it is important to follow application instructions carefully to avoid over-applying, wasting product, or getting product on the scalp. The flat comb method helps ensure that only the hair shaft is coated.
In certain cases, cutting the hair may reduce the amount of product needed, but this depends on individual circumstances and should be determined through consultation. Keeping head hair is often preferable, as relying solely on body hair can make application more difficult while avoiding skin contact.
Multiple Substances

If more than one substance is involved, follow the treatment number recommended for the substance requiring the highest number of treatments. Do not add the treatment numbers together.
Similarly, when evaluating usage over a three-month period, base your treatment plan on the heaviest single month of use within the last three months — do not combine all three months together.

Number of Treatments Per Product Set

METH - 

• Hair Razor is very good at meth (only 1 treatment per gram / month average)  heaviest month of last 3 
• meth is very good at transferring fast in sweat so do a extra or last treatment day of test if any recent use   

THC

• THC is 2 treatments per gram / month going by greatest month is average   
• NOTE  when totaling your grams per month  CONCENTRATES (Pen Carts or WAX hash)use a 4 x rule so

every 1000mg cart is 4g dry 


OPIATE

•  Average 8 treatment per gram / month .  when going by pills you add only the actual mg of said opiate not the whole pill as such as a percocet that is 10/325  which means 10mg opiate 325 tylenol.  if you used one a day thats 300mg a month .
• With Fentanyl you need a consult as this is tricky to target 

COCAINE 

•  Cocaine is 10 treatments per gram/month (average high side as potency can vary)
• Cocaine is the most work as it has the most metabolite classes. As you metabolize or break down cocaine the main metabolite BE (raises then as you reach lower cocaine levels the BE will fall and minor metabolite levels raise and then lower with  further repetitions.)
