Pre-Treatment

1. Wash hair with your regular shampoo and towel-dry.
2. Apply the entire bottle of BTAR Pre-Treatment (green gel). Massage it through the hair, leave it on for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
3. This is a one-time process intended to remove product residue and buildup.
   

Hair Razor Treatment

1. Comb damp hair straight.
2. Apply a small 4-inch strip of Step 1 (yellow) along the flat edge of a comb, as shown in the picture.
3. Starting approximately ¼ inch away from the scalp, comb the product through the first 2 inches of hair. Avoid applying product directly to the scalp; it will absorb into the hair and move toward the base.
4. Work in 4-by-4-inch sections. Begin at the back of the head on one side and work toward the front.
   
   
5. Comb each section several times in all directions—right to left, left to right, up, and down. Apply fresh product to the comb for each section.
   
   
6. Do not overapply. Coat only the first 2 inches of hair; do not massage the product in.
   
7. Leave Step 1 on for 15 minutes, timed from the start of application.

Step 2: Shampoo

1. Apply Original Green Prell shampoo. Other shampoos may be used, but Prell produces the best reaction.
2. Use enough shampoo to wash the first 2 inches of hair. Wash and rinse thoroughly.
3. For long hair, apply any conditioner after shampooing to prevent tangling. Rinse, then comb hair straight using a wide-tooth comb.

Step 3: Step 2 Treatment

Short Hair

1. Apply Step 2 (blue) in the same manner as Step 1.
2. Use the broad side of the comb so the product is applied slightly thicker.
3. Step 2 contains detergent sulfides and may foam if hair is still damp.
4. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. No no need to shampoo afterward.
   

Long Hair Apply just enough Step 2 with your fingertips to work through the first 2 inches of damp hair. Then comb through as directed above. Only do so if you can not get on scalp this is major point of using comb tho is bit tedious with long hair .
DreadlocksApply Steps 1 &  2 to the first 2 inches of hair using your fingertips. Wash your hands immediately after application.
Follow all other steps the same.

Important Safety Instructions

• Keep product away from the eyes. Do not apply to eyebrows or eyelashes.
• Do not leave either step on longer than directed. Keep track of application times.
• You may use your normal hair products after treatment.
• Do not use on an irritated, sunburned, damaged, or recently chemically treated scalp or hair. Avoid use after recent relaxers, perms, or bleaching, as the treatment may severely damage the hair. ( your call but we discourage use is hair is not healthy.   
• Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) around the hairline and cover shoulders with a towel before application.
  
  
• If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, wash the area immediately with Step 2, discontinue use, and contact us to see how to continue.
